The Small World Nursery has a Christian ethos and seeks to promote respect for all people whatever the ethnic, economic or religious background. We welcome diversity and value cultural differences which help promote a rich learning environment.

Our aim is to include and cater for children and their families who have additional needs. We believe that all children are special and should be treated with equal concern.

The children are grouped into three age groups, birth to 2 years, 2-3 years and 3-5 years.  Each age group have their own room which is fully equipped to both attract and stimulate the child.

Qualified and experienced staff work with each age range. They are committed to providing the children with high quality care and education in a friendly and relaxed environment. Care is taken to plan age-appropriate activities which are best suited to each individual and will help them as they progress through each development stage.

Where are we?
The Small World Nursery is conveniently located in central Loughborough (opposite Sainsbury's) on the first floor of the Schofield Centre. We can cater for 50 children aged 0-5 years. There is a securtity entrance and cameras for the safety of the children.

Opening Times
We are open 8am - 5:45pm Monday to Friday all year round, except Bank Holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year. We also allocate two days for staff training, which are usually taken in January and September.
