3 -4 Year Old Fees
Fees are payable monthly in advance. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each month and should be paid within five working days.
Parents/Carers are required to set up a bank standing order with the nursery for a regular amount to pay their fees. In some exceptional cases, the nursery can accept cheques (payable to Small World Nursery).
The nursery accepts workplace vouchers that can be organised through your employer. We are registered with several voucher schemes and will be happy to accept them. If we are not registered with a particular scheme which you are using, we will be happy to talk this through with you.

Nursery Education Funding
Nursery Education Funding covers up to 15 hours per week up to a maximum of 570 hours per year (38 weeks in an academic year). Please note that you cannot exceed 10 hours of funding in one day, 12.5 hours of funding over two days and 15 hours of funding over three days.
No less than a minimum claim of 2.5 hours funding can be claimed in any one day.
Additional time will have to be paid for by parents/carers at our normal rate. If you use another provider and your child will attend more than 15 hours in total, you will be charged, for any hours over the maximum Nursery Education Funding you are entitled to.
To apply for Nursery Education funding, you must provide the nursery with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and a termly parent’s statement of undertaking form stating the hours that you wish us to claim for.

Flexible Funding Options
The nursery offers both 2.5 hour and 3 hour sessions morning and afternoon. We will also consider other requests and will be happy to accommodate alternative flexible options if we are able to do so.
