The Great Outdoors

One of the advantages of being part of a large community building near the town centre is the opportunity we have to take the children to Queen’s Park. A fantastic place for all kinds of outdoor learning where we can enjoy fresh air and the changing environment through the seasons.

We also enjoy shopping, trips to library, the local market and the Charnwood Museum.

The nursery is currently enhancing outdoor provision by introducing nature walks and forest school activities. These experiences in the natural environment will help children to enhance their self-esteem and build confidence- form bug-hunts to wood chopping, from climbing trees to building and lighting cooking fires (all under very close supervision)!

Soft Play Area

Our large and colourful soft play area is a clean, safe environment for children to enjoy that is dedicated to energetic play where children of all ages can improve their physical development.

We have a dedicated area to smaller children that offers a fully matted area with it’s own dedicated mini ball pool so our little ones don’t miss out.

The soft play area is every pre-school child’s dream.
